6 days, 5 nights Safari in beautiful Tanzania.
Set out into the heart of the Tanzanian bush on this weeklong adventurous tour of the north. Beginning in the lush city of Arusha, this trip quickly drives out of the city and into the bush as you approach Lake Manyara National Park. On your first of many game drives, it is likely you will see flamingos, zebra, buffalo and perhaps a tree-climbing lion as you circle the perimeter of this shallow alkaline lake. From Manyara, you will drive towards the unequivocal and unimaginable Serengeti. Guests have two days to traverse these famed golden plains as they search for the Big Five and perhaps the Great Wildebeest Migration.
Talented guides highlight smaller species as well, bringing depth and knowledge to this wilderness experience. From the Serengeti, a final day is spent exploring the remarkably different yet equally sensational Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This lush jungle environment contrasts the rolling savannah while providing a numerous of intimate wildlife encounters. Enjoy one final cocktail on the crater rim, before returning to Arusha or Dar es Salaam for your journey home.
